Our Town offers miles and miles of multi-use trails which are all accessible within minutes of home.  The old “Northshore Rail-Trail” is a gem.  It offers off-road, paved, family recreation for walking, biking and cross country skiing.  Petrifying Springs Park also offers off-road, paved, family recreation trails year round as well as wooded hiking trails.  The University of Wisconsin-Parkside offers a variety of marked cross-country trails in addition to wooded hiking trails for all to enjoy.  Somers is truly an outdoor enthusiast paradise!
