Village Plan Commission Meeting – September 16, 2015
At the Special Meeting of the Plan Commission held on September 16, 2015, a public hearing was held regarding the proposed Project Plan, boundaries, and creation of the Tax Incremental District No. 2, Village of Somers, Wisconsin. No public comments.
The motion to adopt a Resolution designating the proposed boundaries and approving a Project Plan for the Tax Incremental District No. 2, Village of Somers, Wisconsin, was approved.
Special Village Board Meeting – September 30, 2015
Resolution No. 15-018 approving the Project Plan and establishing the boundaries for the creation of Tax Incremental District No. 2, Village of Somers, Wisconsin was approved 6-0, with one seat vacant.
Joint Review Board Meeting – October 7, 2015
At the Joint Review Board Meeting, each Board Member individually reviewed public records, plan documents, and the Plan Commission Resolution. The vote to approve was 4-0.
