Highway S is scheduled to close starting at 6 a.m. Aug. 5 from East Frontage to Highway N (38th Street).

Crews will be building the road’s new westbound lanes. It is part of the ongoing widening of the road.

Access to businesses and residences will be maintained through the construction.

It will be closed until late fall at which point it will reopen fro the winter and close again in the spring.
