As winter again approaches we must all be aware of the effects cold weather can have on a water service.  Last year many of you had frozen services which we would like to see avoided.  If the weather is below 32 degrees for any extended time we encourage that a pencil lead stream of water be run somewhere inside the house to maintain a flow in your lateral.  This has been found to be successful and the amount of water lost is very, very low in cost.  Again we emphasize a pencil stream of water is all it takes.

Your participation will help avoid loss of water service to your family or yourself.
