The concrete and dugout areas of our softball field at Somers Memorial Park received some tender loving care by members of our community. Rich Rudzinski and Don Kruk, both parents of children in our summer softball program, fixed the concrete and improved the entire dugout area. Jerry Smith, Robert Rojas, and Kevin Griffin also added their time and talent to help smooth over the concrete which increases safety and improves the appearance of the dugouts.
On behalf of the 353 youth who played softball in 2015 at Somers Memorial Park, and the entire community of Somers, thank you Rich, Don, Jerry, Robert and Kevin!
